yes you can. a common psychical reaction to anxiety is the increase of stomach acid, causing you to have heart burn, which in turn can cause chest pain. i have had it myself, and it only adds to the worry of anxiety. the next time you have chest pain try an anti acid such as a Rolaids. if the pain quickly goes away it is most likely caused by heartburn. i would advise a trip to your GP hope this helps

You can. Anxiety and panic attacks can cause alot of physical symptoms. But it's very important to see a doctor to rule out any other medical conditions that could be causing it. Chest pains should be checked out immediately.

you can, but it could be something else too, that could be more serious. So i would suggest that you go to your doctor, and have him check out why you are having these chest pains. They could be from something else, and more serious then just anxiety. So go see you family doctor, and have him check it out.

not chest pains, but i get sick to my stomach and get a headache from it
