pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

Hai Friend I Had understood ur prob. in suppose i too was fat pastly. i had decreased my wait. some instructions to u pls follow these and u will find change with in one month
1.wake up early at 5:00AM and brushup
2.after that u have to drink 2-3litres of water
3.take a glass and fillthe glass with the mixture of honey and lemon water and drink it
4.At 9:00AM take ur break fast
5.untill the afternoon dont eat anything, at 12:30-1:00 u eat take limited food
6.in the evening at 5:00PM take ur snack (the snack must not contains potato type or fat containing materials)
7.at the night at 8:00PM have ur dinner
8.important note is before u take ur food at night there should be atleast 3 hours gap to sleep

my husband lost 35 pounds in 2 months by eating less, and not eating in the evenings after the our supper which is usually about 5pm. I did not have a diet plan, I just made his meals with pam and other coking sprays instead of oil, he eats rice for breakfast with small amount of butter , sugar, and milk..
He ate diet bread ( 35 calories) with mostly turkey meat or white meat from chicken, about all canned vegtables are good, its just what you add that makes the difference in the fat contend. you can season with spices such as garlic , onion power etc.
baked potatoes are good, but not every day.
mostly just wach your fat, and it dont hurt to be active (I always hate that part, don't like to excercise) my husband did not excersie, but is active .

70% diet, 15% mental, 10% physical.... yea might be more mental but dieit is definetly important without a good diet you cant make those cardio sessions good and without a strong willed mind you cant make good cardio sessions.
