I don't know what your question is, but I do know that they are a company who handle debts on behalf of, among others, Demon Internet.
They don't strike me as particularly professional. They'd decided to pursue me for money I'd never owed, long after I proved that I'd paid it.
They never seem to answer email or the phone. If you want to talk to them, send them a letter. This worked for me.
