i'm blessed with a slim figure no matter how much i gorge myself so i eat sensibly but i eat anything i want, i walk at least 2 - 3 times a week and i do some home workouts but nothing big. I'm in good shape but no obvious muscles or fat and that's the way i like my body (so does my husband).

I go to the gym as many nights a week as I can after work... it's best to go straight after work, then you don't settle down too much for the night... then go home and get showered and I've got a bit more energy for the evening ahead... I also try to eat healthy through the week and only allow myself treats at weekends... (well, most the time! lol) ... On other occasions I like swimming, aerobics and yoga... when I can fit them into my busy schedule...!

I sleep in a life-size jello mold of what I view the perfect body to be. It helps to eat alot of gelatin, and keep your room really cold.
I even set my light to turn off when the door is shut.
