.You have a few options... You could try bracing. Bracing, Doctors advise patients to wear a brace to stop a curve from getting any worse. Surgery, Doctors advise patients to have surgery to correct a curve or stop it from worsening when the patient is still growing, has a curve that is more than 45 degrees, and has a curve that is getting worse. Some people have tried other ways to treat scoliosis, including manipulation by a chiropractor, electrical stimulation, dietary supplements, and corrective exercises. So far, studies of these treatments have not been shown to either prevent or aggravate curve progression. Studies have also shown that exercise alone will not stop progressive curves. However, patients may still wish to exercise for the beneficial effects on their general health and well being.
For pain.. you can try a lot of different drugs like Soma watson, Tramadol, Fioricet, and ultram. I get my pain drugs online at BuySomaWatson.Com. They could not be any faster! Give them a try! good luck!

I have congenital scoliosis as well. I had to get surgery and all. I'm not quite sure that there is anything that can help you get rid of the pain completely, but I think that you should do exercises to strengthen your back, because if your muscles are stronger, they will support your spine better.
In another comment, I saw that someone had said that you have scoliosis because your muscles can't support your spine, but that is NOT true for congenital scoliosis, you are born with it, so there is nothing you can do. But it is true that if the muscles are there to help support your spine, it will help.
After I got surgery, my back started getting sore a lot, and I felt it was mostly because during the time that I was recovering from the surgery (a year), I wasn't aloud to do all of the physical things that I normally did, so once I got back into a normal schedule, my back kept getting sore over and over. Once I started exercising and my muscles were strengthened, the pain was gone, because those muscles supported my spine. My back has been fine for a while now (2 years, I had surgery 4 years ago, first year I was recovering, 2nd year was when I started having problems with pain, then I went to dance class and have been doing that for the past 2 years, and I feel better than I have ever felt).
I hope this helps.
Good luck!

I would ask your doctor about starting physical therepy. I had bad scoliosis when I was younger but luckily as I got older and grew my spine straignted out some. I still have a curve but no where near what I did. Physical Therepy probably would be the best option because you're supervised by someone who is trained to treat pain. You should also ask your doctor about pain killers and maybe muscle relaxers to help the pain.
