I know it is not a matter of quantity or who wrote more pages
but I'm asking about why the first christians did not write a lot about jesus personal life, while muslims did that.

Jesus's life is written down in the New Testament in the Bible. The gospel of Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John contain information about Jesus's life. Most of his younger life isn't mentioned, but his adult life is. Also, there are movies (not that i'm suggesting you go to movies for the answers, but there are many movies about the birth and death and life of Jesus) Although the best resource would be the bible.

Also, in the book of Revelation, it states there will be no more prophecies after this... Muhammad came after Jesus... Also, the religion of Islam is based on specific actions you perform (five pillars of Islam as they are called) while Christianity is understanding we aren't perfect and no one will ever become perfect. We are humans, we all screw up. It's more about a personal relationship with God. And people who say there is no God, they are wrong, we are all hear and if you think about it, there has to be a purpose and someone had to create us for some purpose. And based on what Scientologists's believe, there is no purpose to us. We have the Bible. Why would we need to know "every single word or movement" of Christ. The important stuff is there. Even the one that showed just how Christ experienced human emotion is there when he lost his temper at the temple with the money changers. Do you really think this is something that would make a Christian change their beliefs?

First of all, Muhammad was 100% man. He lived several hundreds of years ago and the written language was well underway. So people could write things down as it happened. Jesus was 100% God and 100% man. He lived 2000+ yrs ago and the written language wasn't developed yet. Oral tradition was used for years before people began to write the words down. It was the Holy Spirit that inspired men to write, to make sure the holy words were true.
The Holy Bible is from God and all that is in it is what God wants us to know. What isn't in it, obviously isn't important. Jesus' childhood was omitted because He didn't perform miracles or preached to the people. When He began His teachings is when the 'book' picks up and that's what God wants us to know.

Christians have the inspired Word of God, dictated through the Holy Spirit to men God trusted.
Muslims have a book of psychotic ramblings by a man, not God.

I'm a Muslim and im disgraced by you, if you are a true Muslim you would no that it is WRONG to talk about other peoples relegion. BTW Jesus(Essa) is a prophet to, and we love him.
