NO, NO!! That would be a really easy way out! Don't you think? It takes much more than that... It doesn't matter how many U.S. Citizen kids you have, if you are illegal, you can get deported and your kids have to stay here! (Unless, you have a U.S. Citizen Child who is 18 or 21 years old, he could petition for you, to becore a permanent resisent, until then, there is no way out this route!)

A criminal concept that low life's and lawyers have argued.
Not sound by the intent of the 14th amendment or natural law.
Meant and explained before the vote to integrate former slaves and their families...ONLY ! Specifically NOT new immigrants/Invaders as American citizens...
Contortion of intent may serve invaders, it is an insult an an affront to those for whom it was intended.

According to the law, the baby would be a U.S. Citizen. The mother is still illegal. However, the majority of law-abiding American Citizens believe they have been hood-winked by their government and law-enforcement by the failure to enforce our immigration laws. We have zero tolerance for drug dealers, a three strikes you're out law for other crimes, and zero tolerance for guns or weapons in schools...zero, zero, zero tolerance for American Citizens but illegal aliens keep breaking the laws without punishment. Serious response. Have your baby in your own country. If you have it here and you are not a citizen, I think the baby should be confiscated by DCFS or Children and Families and sold back to the parents for their legal fees, medical fees, costs of services, and costs of prosecution and deportation. Consider the word :"sold" in this context. When DCFS takes a child from an American Citizen family, the family essentially has to buy back their child through payments to DCFS for services such as parent education, legal fees, counselling, court fees, etc. The only difference here is that the child of the illegal alien should be returned to the parents only when the illegal alien parents return to their country of origin. Then the baby can be sent back there, too. If the parents come back, then they should be tried as spies and invaders and face a firing squad. The laws need to be changed. If a child is born to an illegal alien, then the child cannot be a citizen of the United States. The child is fruit of a poisonous tree and law-breakers. It is fraud. It is an illegal act. It is aiding and abetting an illegal act.
It sounds hard-hearted but we really must get control of our borders and have equal treatment under the law for all citizens and residents. To date, babies have been a magnet for illegal aliens and have promoted organized crime, a takeover of the U.S., illegal voting, a drain on our education and social services and medical services. Enough is enough is enough. Fugitives from justice like Elvira Arellano promote pregnancy and child birth while thumbing their noses at our laws and then use our churches as sanctuaries wearing shirts that ask "What would Jesus Do?" First of all, Jesus encouraged people to follow the law. Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's give unto God what is God's. She gave her child to God when she decided to sacrifice her freedom by disobeying the law and holing up in a Church. This is subversive and needs to be stopped. Confiscation by authorities is better than war --which is where we are headed if our government doesn't start doing its job. Reason? Cities filing sanctuary laws for illegal aliens while accepting federal money--clear, distinct violation of federal law and citizens are sick of paying for--it is an act of aggression against the federal government and a violation of their oaths of office.

No, only the child would be a citizen. It may help the parents case to become a citizen... but if it was as easy as having a baby here to become a citizen we would have huge masses of foreign women comming here. ( more than we already do )

Until recently foreign women giving birth to their children in the U.S. were eligible to stay because by having their children in the U.S., the children were automatically U.S. citizens. However, because of the problem with so many Mexicans crossing the border illegally and having children here, the laws have been changed so that the illegal alien and their child can face deportment if caught. It is better to go the legal channels to gain entrance into the United States than to come here and hope that having your child here will make you eligible to stay.

With what you put in your profile, I think I can figure it out!

The child would be a US citizen but if you intend on staying in the states you would have to go through all the requirements of becoming a US citizen and I don't know what all is required. I would hope that you are sincere in your ideals for both you and the child.
