drink a lot of water before bed, you'll wake up early without an alam.
American Indians used to do this.

You might be Melatonin deficient?? It helps get you into yr Ream sleep. Which once that is corrected you will wake up regular & refreshed. Melatonin can be bought like WalMart it's cheap buy the 3 mg & cut them into 1/4 with a pill cutter. Less is better. All yr trying to do is kick start yr own supply!! If ya wake up droggy then cut the pills again. As little as 1/3rd of a gram works for some people!! JerDon

I think it all comes down to good old disciplne. Get to bed at the same time and follow rituals. Tell your body, " We are going to sleep..."
Brush your teeth a half hour before you go to bed every night.
Remove the TV. The bedroom is for sleeping.
Set two alarms
Good sleep habits are key!

Go to bed earlier for sure. And set your alarm out loud and locate it far away from you like across your room, so when it rings, you have to wake up across your room to shut it down. And this will help you to awake early.

If one alarm clock doesn't do it, get two and put one far enough away from the bed that you'll have to get out of bed to shut it off. And make sure it is electric and will go forever unless you shut it off.
