im 158cm , 53kg...my a*s n thigh r fat...i need to know how to move the fats around my a*s n thigh away...plz help....

yeh i found an very effective way
sit down on your knees
and position you wrist for support
you will be on your knee and wrist like a dog(dont mistake me)
then life the legs alternatively such that they come staight to your spine. when you life one leg you will have two hands and the other knee on ground. alright. i think you get this position.
try 30 for each leg alternatively every morning. and i am damn sure you will reduce.......................i did reduce my huge butt that way :D lol

Just diet and excersize, you can not spot reduce fat so no matter what anyone tells you, you cant lose it by doing alot of squats and lunges... fat sheds in layers almost so it will take some time depending how much you have.

The gym is always the goos start when wanting to lose weight coz there are different exercise machines for your tummy, legs and bum, It might be expensive but beleive me it's worth it
