Yeah, Sure. You can change the boot screen. Really Useful info here:

but i don't suggest doing this. because it changes kernel32.dll and some programs might stop working.(i tried that and my Dreamweaver stoped working)

u can download the software StyleXP and use it to change your bootscreen, logon screen, desktop themes. You can always revert back to your old windows bootscreen within the program. u can google the software n download it.

Load your image someplace on complicated force,click administration PANEL - reveal.below subject,you notice Window XP,click on the dazzling to verify drop down menu.click BROWSE (on the backside of drop down menu) then browse on your image,click image,click ok then prepare

I know several theme hacks will give you apple's screen, or vista's, or whatever, but you'll need to check it out yourself.
