There are over the counter fungus creams, a pharmacist at the store can show you which one to get. I've used them before on my kids and they work. Wash hands after applying and it'll clear up in a few days to a few weeks, depending on how bad it has gotten.

Go to the doctor and you will be given an anti fungal cream that will arrest the problem and clear it up. You could even ask your pharmacist for advice. Be careful as it i extremely contagious, if you have pets check them all over and if they have it take them to the vets for similar treatment.

Buy a strong over the counter anti-fungal cream...like one used for athletes foot or jock itch and use it according to the instructions. Give it some time and if it is not effective, it is time to see a physician.

go to the doctor they will prescribe two different creams do it quickly before it spreads its highly contagious. One of my kids caught it from a girl who had been on a farm the week before last summer and before i knew it all the kids had it was awful. and to make matters worse it took the doctor 3 WEEKS to recognise what it was
