I think the best deal of the season is the Canon Powershot A530. It has been on sale at numberous big box stores below $130. That's a good price on a good camera. The A530 was selling for $180 not too long ago. I've recommended this camera within my own family, so I'll be living with the results of this recommendation right along with you. You can use the rest of your budget to buy a decent memory card.

I purely have been given a Canon rebellion XTi for Christmas and that i genuinely like it. that's a 10MP digital camera and that i've got 2 lenses for it, the properly-known 18-fifty 5 that got here with the digital camera and a seventy 5-3 hundred that I picked up a pair of months in the past for long selection taking photos. I even have taken this digital camera to the song 3 distinctive circumstances and that i've got been incredibly chuffed with the outcomes I actually are starting to be from the digital camera. i might could say that this digital camera is properly properly well worth the investment.

I agree with Dr. Sam on this issue. I've done a lot of research for a purchase I will be making for someone and have come to the same conclusion. My wife has an older model of this camera and it takes nice photos and has great features.
The A530 may be less than 6 Megapixels but even 5 will get you nice photos at sizes larger than most people ever get printed. It also has a 4x optical zoom and that extra 1x is nice.

at less then a £100 the quality wont be fab, also you wont get a rechargable battery. The lenses are usually plastic so makes a crap picture even at 6 million pixels. You need to spend over £100. At £123 there is a sony s600 which has a better lens but still has AA batteries, at £153 sony w50 which has a great lens and rechargable battery. The macro feature is superb on this too (can focus on the queens nose on a 50p piece). That'd be my choice. Hope this helps and merry christmas.

Hi,
I shop a lot and to save time and money I use cheapest prices search engine. Almost every merchant is there and over a million consumer written reviews. You will find many other ways that will help you with questions.
You can shop online or you can go to a merchant and use the toll free phone number if you feel more comfortable shopping like that.
There are merchant reviews, over one million product reviews, compare by brand and a lot more. I hope I helped you and I wish you good luck.

I got myself a fabulous good value camera from Asda. A Vivitar 8300s 8.1 megapixels for £130. It is a great camera, very easy to use and super sharp photo quality.
I have just found a deal for the smae type but 8.5 megapixels on Amazon for £119.99. http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xPC-ViviCam_8300s

if you go to Argos, you can get a HP digital cameera with printer for only £90.00. It's a good deal as I have bought one for myself.
