You mean "Pico De Gallo"?

The one thing that gets my mouth watering like crazy is Chile en Nogada, which is walnut, sauce and chili peppers topped with pomegranate... Can't wait until Independence day (when it is usually cooked more often)!

But an everyday favorite is tacos de carne asada with extra cilantro and a garnish of lemon, and menudo after some drinking :-) .

Chimichangas with shredded chicken inside topped with tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, lettuce. Side dishes is rice and beans. Know what it is? A flour tortilla not yet cooked-filled w/chicken and rolled and deep fried until crispy. Yummy to the tummy!!!!!!

I like to take small, soft corn tortillas, crisp them up, spread them with fat-free refried beans, top with shredded cheese and melt in the microwave, then top with a sunnyside up egg, hot sauce and shredded lettuce and chopped tomato and avocado....wow...it is so delicious and easy to make and very filling and healthy.
