Hi, I am having a problem when I click on my computer, it comes up with an error message saying "can't load library from memory" with only an ok button at the bottom. However, when I click on it, my computer loads up fine but I was just wondering what is causing the message box in the first place and how do I get rid of it?

Any help is much appreciated.
Gareth.

Go to ( http://www.kztechs.com/sreng/sreng2.zip ) and Download System Repair Engine by smallfrogs

Save it to your Desktop
Rt Click sreng2.zip->>Extract all->>Extract it to your desktop
Open the sreng folder
Double click SREng->>Click Run

Then in the Left Pane Select "Systen Repair"
Under the "Browser Add-ons" tab
Locate the following entry:

[] {73364D99-1240-4dff-B12A-67E448373148} C:\WINDOWS\system32\ipv6mons.dll

On each entry you can either expand the CLSID column, or highlite the entry if unsure
Select the "Detailed info" button to make sure it matches the information posted in the above list.
Once you are sure, then Highlite the entries, one at a time and
Select "Delete Selected"

Reboot your computer and it should be all fixed. This problem seems to occur when/after you have the virus "InfoStealer". I would suggest running a full virus scan in safe mode and removing anything that is found. Also, make sure to double check that none of your accounts (e-mail, bank, etc) that you check on your computer have been accessed by anyone but you. This virus attempts to steal passwords and other information and send it to a webserver.

Hope this helps...

Kind of trick that I've never faced before,... perhaps you have Windows98 or you've got kind of spyware...check for viruses
