What were your emotions at that time? Did you involve the police and were they helpful? What advice did they give you? If it all became resolved, did you continue to have emotional symptoms? I hope that you are now fine and send you love

I got this lady who is kind of stalking & harassing me at the same time. She is obsessed with me or something.I thought about a restaining order but they are only effective if the police catch them in the act.I'm not really scared of her but the whole situation does make me a little nervuos because I believe she is psycotic and you just can never tell what people that like will try to do.

yes i have been stalked at least one time. One was a guy from another state, and i answered the door and he tried to rape me, i fught him, and put a gun to his head. He moved away from me really quick. I did not turn him to the police, he said he had be stalking me for a while, and that was how he new where i was living. I told him my landlord was a cop and if i push a button, that he would be there. The guy left and i did not see him again.
Then there was this other guy that would live me notes, and he knew what I was wearing everday. I ran into him finally, and he stuck his head in my car window, and i rolled it up and started to drive away with him, out side of my car, he quit. I did not see him again.
How did i feel well i must say i felt frighten. I did not get the police involved cause in both cases, we resolved the problem, and they quit stocking me.

It is very scary. My ex-boyfriend stalked me for about 2 years.
He would call me and follow me home from work every night.
He tried to run me off the road. He threatened to kill me if he ever
saw me with someone else. I really couldn't involve the police
because we live in a small town and his brother was a police officer.
The police would follow me around town if they saw me just to
aggravate me I guess. My dad finally had to go to the mayor and
threaten to sue them if they didn't leave me alone.
I think he finally got another girlfriend because one day he just
left me alone. I work in a restaurant now and he sometimes
comes in as a customer and tries to act all nice to me. He always makes sure I am the one who has to wait on him if he gets that chance. I think if he persists or if it becomes a problem I will have to involve my boss and have him banned.I just cannot
deal with even looking at him especially having to be nice to him.
So, to answer your question....yes you still have emotional symptoms.

It sucks. You feel like everytime you beat off someone is watching you. You can't even buy groceries without wondering. I'm male so, no, the police would not intervein. YAY for women's equality, eh?
