It's hard standing up to someone so if it bothers you that much you need to find the courage.Tell her that you appreciate the calls but you are trying to move on and the more she calls you,you're reminded about the past.She might need a friend so try get her to mix with people her own age.Even if you have to plan a meeting,she'll be off your shoulders...

Change your number or don't pick up. If you really didn't want to talk to her, you wouldn't be doing it now. If that doesn't work, get a restraining order. It's easy and it works.
