How can we build an engine test cell for F-16?
Any primary users already has engine test cell for F-16?

Hire a contractor. The USAF has a number of them. So does GE, one of the companies that builds engines for the F-16.

Call the manufacturers and don't tell them you asked on here. Engine test cells are serious gear and not the sort of thing you'd want to buy on recomendation from free 'community' advice.

General Dynamics would likely be a better source of answers on this one. What are they carrying, anyway? Pratt? GE?

Oh c'mon....some cardboard and duct tape should handle it. Of course unless you are talking about a REAL F-16, then I would seek help somewhere other than HERE!!!
