The very fact affair with cousin brother is wrong, immoral & not allowed in Indian society. But if so it happened then tell your sister to forget him forever & let him enjoy his married life, find another suitable boy for herself.

let me try to make sense of what u just asked.
ur sister had/is having an affair with your elder cousin whois engaged to be married to another lady. right?
so, whats your problem? is it that the guy she is having an affair with is your own cousin, or that he is engaged? or that she is married/in relationship and having an affair?
anyways, it is still none of your business, other than tell her that u hope she won;t get hurt and hurt people in the process. to some cultures first cousins are no-no, but to others not.

If she is a major, it is not upto you to do anything with her, As a brother, you could just have a frank talk with her and wake her up to the situation, letting her realize the heartache she is laying out for herself and the complications they could cause for her future.
If she is a minor, and your responsibility, again you need to have a talk with her and also the cousin seperately. Assure them that it is not interference but concern for their future. If this does not help and most probably it will not---then she needs to be involved in other activity, responsibility or academia that distances her physically from your cousin---so that the chemistry gets diluted and she gets involved in healthier pursuits.

Be glad they are not getting married. If she had married your and her cousin brother, you would have more problems, children could have been deformed, retarded or still born. So do nothing, just be glad it is over and the family is not going to suffer agony.

first of all, it is her decision to have an affair with this guy and she must know the consequences.
