I have a silver 2 door VW polo but want it sprayed in 2 tone silver/purple.... ... how much aprrox would this cost.. I no it wont be cheap!..

They're more likely to have had 'their' car 'resprayed'.

You will have to have the bodywork cleaned up because there are probably a few dents and dings on it that you wont want when its painted. Then the paint is quite expensive, and obviously the painting itself.

Probably upwards of £1000-1500 for the whole thing to be done in 2 tone paint!

Is it not worth getting a well fast engine instead(?!) cus i did that rather than getting the painting done and dont regret it!

A good alternative solution would be to get wet-application vinyl for the purple parts. Much cheaper, and the durability is really decent. Lots of ppl I know did this to their VW New Beetles.

Whatever you do, don't go to a cheap backstreet garage, or you will regret it, spend as much as you can afford, if it was me, i would be looking at something like £1200/1300, and i would get a first class job for that, good luck to you in your quest.
