I have a plug and play Sirius unit. I take it in with me at work, listen to it in the car and in the house at home, too. Now with the new Stiletto 100 out, it's even easier to take Sirius with you wherever you go, whether it be out for a jog around the pond, in the gym while you're doing your cardio, on a plane on a cross country flight, or just driving to work. It's worth the money not having to listen to all the ads on regular radio, the better sound quality, the continuous signal across the continent, and the vast increase in selection. Nowhere on regular radio are you going to find so many different types of music and talk programming. It's great! I've had it since 2003 and I'll never give it up!

No way I wouldn't spend the money on it.. I know its better then regular radio but why spend extra cash unless you are going to be living out of your car or maybe you are on the road a lot.I mean I don't know how much the service is a month but if it cost more then $10 a month is not worth it unless you are in one of the circumstances I mentioned. Be honest with yourself too, if you spend an hour every day on the road, how many stations can you possibly listen to in an hour. Take into account the time it takes to scan through stations before you find an interesting one. So really, you will be paying only for those stations you listen to. My suggestion, save your money and invest in an Ipod or any one of those portable mp3 players.

I have satellite radio in my personal truck, my work truck, my wifes car and my daughters car, anyone without it doesn't know what they're missing, which is annoying jabbering of DJs and commercials. Do yourself a favor and get satellite radio. Even if you don't like it after trying it you can always sell the equipment, most of it is now portable and reasonably priced.

making a radio station a pay station is just another example of how gullible we as a people are. every time we get a good thing going someone comes along & finds a way to make us pay for it, or pay more for it. cell phones are another example of this as is internet conections & cable or dish TV. It seems there is no end to people getting suckered out of their hard earned money.
