E coli in your Urine is from your own rectal excrement, even if you cant see it, bacteria can move up to your vagina or urethra and infect your bladder and kidneys. The number one way to help prevent this is to remember to always, wipe front to back, and never never wipe back to front. keep your poo bacteria where it is suppose to be, dont be smearing it up to your urethra, always, wipe the front first, then going down and to the back to your anus. Use a santiary wipe if necessary to help rid bacteria or stool your cant see , even after your toilet paper looks clean after you wipe. Thats why some foreign countries use bodets

E. coli is the most common pathogen or organism that cause UTI. And E. coli is found in your feces. You got your UTI probably due to the way you wash your thing. It should be from your vagina towards the back not the other way around.

I had e-coli in my urine when I was pregnant, and was given anti-biotics to treat the infection. The doctor said I could have picked it up from infected meat or cheese - never did find out what, Just be grateful they found it and are treating it - it can be nasty!

Sometimes if you do not wipe from front to back after peeing, bacteria is pulled from the rectal area. E-coli lives in everyone's intestines and comes out in feces.

E.coli is bacteria that forms like any other whilst in a dormant is effectively harmless. I would say it was whilst swimming or bathing in not clean water (unintentional and always unaware of it) it would have been in an everyday thing you do it is ussually inavoidabe you just deal with the issues as they come up.

E coli is normally found in our feces. E coli in urine may come from washing the anus after bowel. we must wash it from front (where urine pass) to back (anus) motion to avoid bacteria from the feces to come in contact with the urinary tract.
