First of all, most junk food in laden with sugar. A steady diet of sugar is the fast track to diabetes. Now there's a way to shorten your life, or at least reduce the quality of it. Secondly, sugar turns to fat, and that is why there are so many disgustingly fat people around the globe, but particularly the US. That's right, Americans are becoming disgusting fat bodies, and that is another way of destroying your health. So, if having a strong heart, blood pressure under control, good circulation, and a strong immune system are important to you, maybe you need to start eating vegetable salads and less fried foods and sugary products.

It's good & bad.
Watching your portions is key when choosing any food. If your eating (for eample) fast food everyday A typical meal (burger, fries, soda) can add up to over 1,000 cal! Eating that every day can & will pack on the pound and your body could strat feeling the effects of the fat, sodiom, etc. If you have it once a month or so it's probally okay, your not stuffing yourself.
