No, that's not too bad. I don't recommend spending longer than that on the phone though. If you have that much to say, you should probably meet and go somewhere. Have a nice day!

Well, last week I had a 35 minute conversation with a guy I've never seen or spoken to before. So I don't think 12 minutes is that long.

NO
I have never done it but I have IM'd with a stranger. But it also depends on who's paying for it.
BUT CONVERSATION IS THE GREATEST THING IN LIFE
tHAT IS HOW WE LEARN ABOUT PEOPLE LIFE,YOURSELF
How to share, express, vent, LISTEN and other things that come along with The Life We Go Through

If it is LONG DISTANCE & YOUR PARENTS ARE COMPLAINING GET A PHONE CARD. If not enjoy BUT do not get suckered in to trouble
Be careful, Have Fun, But Be Good

If you are effectively strangers, how did you get hold of his/her phone number and vice versa?

That being said, yes it does sound like a rather long conversation.

Was the conversation interesting for you? And for him/her?

Were they any quiet moments at all?

You wouldn`t be falling in love with him/her now, would you?

For strangers I'd say it was a fairly long conversation.

Unless it was someone trying to sell you something - in which case you got off lightly!

12 mins is not that long of a time but while on the phone with someone you dont really know its hard to keep the talkin going... if your worried about it i say take some time to maybe have pre-though of subjects that you know that they will talk about, that way if the phone goes quite you can pull something up, jokin around will lighten it up to and could help out.
