It's definitely Afrikaans, but my knowledge is scant.
I gather that the author's name is Grant, that he suffers from bad conscience, then something I don't get (50 billion chainletters?) as a gesture towards humankind (?) so a poor girl in Zululand with a tit on her forehead whom the estate manager of her redneck owners had sold to a travelling circus can gather enough money for an operation.
Sorry, but that's the best I can do, And I tried to be as accurate as I could, and the last bit is really what is said there!
