That is not true.
People would say that "Love means never having to say your sorry" because you were to do what your husband said and that was it, You were so devoted and honest, faithful, thoughtful that you never said anything that would make him mad( which if you have a brain will happen) or hurt his feelings.
In this day and time you can't have a real love without saying your are sorry and meaning it. Nobody is perfect and as long as it is not something that is said everyday can still hold high merit in repairing a problem.
Everyone has bad days and might say something that hurts the other ones feelings. Love should be unconditional but not inconsiderate.

It means, that the love connection is so strong, the need to ever explain anything is superfluous.. It also means that between two true love, everything is meant well and understood to mean well.
That there is never a reason to be 'sorry'.... that the two souls are one....and that one does not need to apologize to oneself.....I am sorry if I do not make any sense here....??

It means that one person knows that the other doesn't have to say they're sorry because they're very forgiving or simply put, it means that you love a person enough that you can for them without them having to ask for forgivness because you already know they're sorry.

I thinks, it's kind of LOVE that should be really really taken as it is; no matter right or wrong.
So, when nothing take as wrong matters, you don't need to say sorry.

I think it means that you should not have to apologize to your lover/boyfriend/husband or significant other for any mistake that you may have made.
In other words, your lover/boyfriend/husband should accept you wholly for who you truly are, i.e., for your wonderful and unique quirkiness as well as your faults and characters flaws...
