Anybody happen to know? I think its a symbol of some sort. Heres the picture, the tatoo is on his left arm, obviously.

I think whatever is in the box is going to be destroyed by the serpent circling around for it. So, I'm thinking the box represents something distasteful to this guy.

it's kindof hard to tell since it is so small but it sortof looks like a sacred heart in a frame or a box or something. but it doesn't necessarily MEAN anything.
