Hi I'm having tummy probs myself.If you've had 3 kids or more,the muscles are worn and normal workouts don't really help as they need a boost.Sit ups help but if you're laying on a downward angle they work all the better.Try putting a weight on your stomach while doing sit ups as well.Godluck its so easy to put on but its even harder work getting rid of...

am into gyms.. by going there i force my self not to masturbate as it weakens me if i do so..because i love my gym n exercising there.. i wont do it..
