Please tell me everything you've said is just typo-errors, other wise your child is in need of more help than you can give him.
If it is just hyperactivity then you'll need to redirect into a positive, try getting him into different sport activities, or taking him to the park each day to burn it off. Try adjusting his diet, don't let him have sweets or high fructose juices, this will only make him worse. If these changes in his lifestyle doesn't help then you may want to seek medical help from his pediatrician.

First, is he your only child? Sometimes, he may be bored because he doesn't have anyone to play with. My son is also 5 and he is the only child. I coulnt' control him. I enrolled him in Karate classes and now my son is well behaved, he listens to me and his teachers and he gets excited when it's time to go to his Karate class. You can try something different, like baseball, basketball or some other kind of sports. Sometimes they just need someone elses firm hand.

Don't feed him sugary foods. He may not eat for a day or two when you transition but you will see a huge difference. Admit it, you give him sugary foods don't you? Its OK, I understand i have three yr old who never wants anything but waffles and candy, but you will see a big difference when you get past it.

In addition to the others' inputs, steer him away from sweets as well since these will only feed his hyperactivity.

introduce him to some sports like basketball, soccer and baseball, so that, the activeness won't be a waste and you won't have to watch over him if, he's bsuy with these sports.
