Mary Kay's Satin Lips works really well. Or for a quick home remedy, mix some vaseline and sugar together and rub over your lips to remove dead skin. Then rinse off and apply chapstick or plain vaseline to moisturize your lips afterwards.

Mary kay Satin Lips. It is a set of a lip buff and a lip balm. It works wonders and lasts awhile so you won't have to invest in it often! Do the lip mask 3 times per week to gently buff/exfolliate your lips and then follow with the balm. I use the balm every single day.

I have to agree with a prevoius answer. Mary Kay's Satin Lips is awesome. You use a mask for your lips and then a lip balm. Try it your Lips will thank you !

A soft toothbrush is really good for smoothing your lips, then any good lip balm over the top.

Put sugar on your lips and brush your lips with a toothbrush. That should make them smooth and shiny.

From the Body Shop, its fairly cheap and not too harsh like other scrubs I've used.
