Would it be any danger to me ? cause if i can not take them it would be a waste of money =/

Sure, I dont see what harm it would do. Hell, its only a vitamin,dont worry,go ahead, get healthy!!!

I am not a nurse or doctor, but most over the counter multivitamins are safe to use from age 12 on up. To be on the safe side I would call my doctor's office and check w/ his nurse. There's no charge for the call and you are covering your bases to protect your health.
