I'm eating a sandwich that is toasted italian sesame bread w/ chicken, cheddar, bacon, grilled onion, lettuce and ranch dressing on it. Are you eating right now? Did you have a sandwich eariler today? what was on it?

Yes I made it! I was pretty impressed myself how it turned out. I owe it mostly to the bakery bread that I picked up from the grocery store...real hearty and doughy..good stuff.. The sauteed onions add a great sweet flavor, and lots of shredded cheddar in between the layers. SHREDS lettuce for crunch. Cook some up people, it's delicious!

I had a toasted french roll with a smear of Hellmann's mayo, red leaf lettuce, tomato slices, thin cucumber slices, red onion, havarti cheese, shaved polish ham and hot Chicago style giardinera. It was soooooooo good.

Double Homous Sandwiches
Ingredients
thinly sliced cucumber pieces
thinly sliced tomato pieces
homous
vegan cream cheese
sun dried tomato paste
4 slices of wholemeal bread
On the first slice of bread spread with cream cheese and put your on the top cucumber . Then place another piece of bread on top and spread thickly with homous. Then add another slice of bread and spread with sun dried tomato paste and then place on your tomato. Finally add the last piece of bread and cut up.

We had an excellent sandwich: mesquite grilled chicken tender with lettuce and mayo on a kaiser roll. Yum.

I like this one better! Take a wholemeal roll, spread with butter or marge, chopped spring onions. Alfalfa and Radish shoots, caraway seeds, black forest ham and lashings of garlic and chilli flakes on top! Mmm mm!
