Play Dirty Santa, where each person brings a unisex gift under say, $10. Then the first person picks a gift out of the pile, and opens it. If the next person wants it, then they can take it, and the first person picks a new gift and opens it. Then the third person goes, etc. A gift can only be stolen 3 times, and if someone has their gift stolen either they can take someone else's (if it hasn't been stolen 3 times), or open a new one. I'm sure there are better instructions online somewhere.
If you're talking about TV program or movie, "A Charlie Brown Christmas" is classic, as well as "Elf."
