she does not believe that it has not happend and it was a dream and tries to kill herself when she wakes up with cries. cries for help while sleeping. Please advise.

get appt with GP or mental health clinic near your town.Tell them symtoms, medical intervention will help in the dreams and lessen the fear aspect and attempts. It may be difficult to convience her to go to the doc. but stressing on just going to see what else is a possibility. make sure the doc. listens and takes the situation serious and that the refferal is not to cause you to wait to see a psychiastric dr. in one month. Many times if you cannot afford it straight off, you can get samples of meds.
Woman may not have one diagnosis (dx) but several personality disorders overlapping. I am not mental health professional, but further exploration is needed. do a google search for your area on avaible clinics and dr. to call asap.

She needs to be in a hospital where they can deal with her 24/7
