I need to do either an informative or persuasive speech. It is 8 minutes long for my college level speech class. I'd love to have some help coming up with an original topic! Thanks!

Let me guess speech com.101 you were required to take the class. I' did mine on privatizing Social Security, all the class complemented me on a job well done then when asked if they were persuaded, they all but one said nope.
On Investing, SSN, a history of salt, one guy did one on Bushido, two girls that went for dental specs. did one on proper flossing, find something you like.
