You need to see a specialist and have them removed. It's not pleasant but afterward things are VERY much better.

Try changing your diet - No.1. You are probably not getting enough roughage. This is found in vegetables - especially broccoli, cabbage, etc. Also found in whole grains. Cereals, whole wheat bread, etc. Also you need to eat fresh fruit. Also you may not be drinking enough water. Must have that 6 glasses a day. And you must exercise. Walking is great. So, a good, well balanced diet, lots of water and exercise. This might help - should help!!! There are hemorrhoid products you can also to ease the pain Preparation H is an over the counter one. And there are stool softeners like Doucasate - I think by prescription. But, if you change your life style, you will not need any medical intervention. If nothing works, there is always surgery.

I can imagine that it would be painful. Adding fiber to the diet can soften the stools and make them easier to eliminate. Humectants can also help. Keep up the treatment of the hemorrhoids.

first you need to add fiber and water to your diet. then i would consider taking a stool softener. When you have to strain all the time you irritate the blood vessels at the opening and you get swelling. your stool (waste) . there is also hemorrhoid creams available to relieve some of the swelling and pain.

Try lubricating your anus with Vaseline. Increase your liquid consumption and eat a high fiber diet. Lots of fruits and veggies will help.
