Yep, its the living word of God. Always ask the Holy Spirit to explain the things in the Bible to you, you'll be amazed at how Tangible Audible and Visual His presence becomes as time goes by. God is great and this is just the beginning. The Lord be with you!!

I can explain the feeling I got after reading the bible for the first time. Incredulence. People actually want to use this book as a basis for society's moral code? You want to rely on this book to explain creation?
Please think about it objectively.

I read my bible daily and i know for sure that it is the word of God and God loves us enough to give us the needed help through his holy spirit in understanding and applyin the principles in the bible. So whenever you get that 'feeling' look at it as God giving you all the help you deserve and need, all the strength to withstand whatever 'shakes' we might encounter in this world. Take care and keep reading it daily as the psalmist advises ( Psalms 1 : 1 - 3)

I describe my feeling after having read the entire Bible the first time as shocked. It is amazing to me that people would actually want to believe in the god of that filthy book. Reading the Bible is what led me on a path to atheism.
