I like my steak Medium Rare and nothing else.
I find this to be a very interesting question by the way. I think people's preference for how they like their steak done varies regionally.
I came from the Midwest where everyone ate their steak Medium Rare or Medium at the most. Now that I live on the West Coast I havent met a single person who likes their red meat anything less that Well Done.
