I joined my first company in August 2005. Since then, till now, I have been communicating/talking to a person,a senior in my office, mentally or through mind. As I joined there, I understood each and everything what he thought about me.After the company started playing dirty politics with me,iIn anger, I started to talk to that person mentally, expressing him my anger.But after that, the seniors became so desparate that they started abusing me, getting interested in my personal life,laughing at me etc. At the end of October, 2005, I realized, that senior person started accessing me constantly ie accessing my mind 24x7.Now He started abusing me, my parents. Constantly I had been tolerating all these. I told him to stop this but he cared it damn. As a result, this was my daily routine that , in office, I cried all the day while doing my office job. I felt that all the seniors were really enjoying that .I left that office and joined elsewhere 4 mnths ago. Please help to recover this.

I would seriously think about approaching a councillor at your work ,if you have one or visit a social worker and let them know what is happening and how your feeling

First of what do you mean by communicating mentally?
What do you mean by started ti talk to the person mentally?
What do you mean by accessing me constantly?

Lot of things are not clear.

Still I would say as young individual we being protected in the family atmosphere we hardly realis ethat the world is a jungle and animals live out there.
So such experiences are pretty common. Do not think that this has happened to you only. I can understand that the job you had was important to you else you would not have waite dthere fgor so long. Now that you have quit , slowly you will be able to forget the bad incidences.
Many time we are also at fault and we do not realise it.
1.Be in limits.
2. Dont laugh and mix unnecessarily with office colleagues unless and till you know them well.
3.Never go personal.
4. Dont mix personal and professional issues.
5. in office we go for work not to discuss the household matters.
6. Dress decently . not the way others would take undue advantage of.
7. Dont go on discussing the past issue with new colleagues.

sometimes a bad issue teaches us lot of good. Forget it and live in the present. Good luck.

I don't know what you mean by communicating mentallly. This sounds like something that is not healthy to be involved with. I would suggest you talk to a minister at a Baptist church and explain what is going on. There are likely some spiritual things going on here that they will be able to help with.

I really wish that you are hallucinating and a psychiatrist can help you in sorting out the reality from illusionary world or that you are joking. Perhaps, your mind is playing tricks with you. Try a hypnotist.

try reaching HR people of ur comapny...
or else leave the company...
dear u work for comapny....... not for ur senior..... so plz kick of their .... ***
