What do you do to loss this tress?

Stress is the root cause for most ailments. So take it easy. Take regular walks on the beach...Do relaxing exercises...Listen to relaxing music...Meditation is also a good way of destressing.

think of all of the things that are stressful and write them down and if you have to keep adding to the list ever time a new one comes up. then find all of the ones you can fix and work at fixing them. after you cross out a few you will start to feel abit better and let others help you. like freinds and family and if your in school then even more power to you.

Listen to tranquil music...1st, it calms you...2nd the time that you take to listen to the music actually takes you away from the stress and when you go back to it again, you will have a different perspective and will be able to handle it better.

get rid of as much as you can. relax, exercise if you cant control something let it go. stop worrying so much. if needed see a counselor and/or doctor to get some help.
