Wrong category! But NO, if that was to happen, the hair dye would probably burn/dry her lips out! What kind of idiot would do that?! The smell would be unbearable anyway, and she would probably be intoxicated cause chances are, she'll probably accidentally lick her lips.

But there IS such a thing where people have tattooed color into their lips. My friend's mother did that. Her lips were swollen like huge grapefruit slices for a while.

:)

OK David. Now I use to be a mental health therapist. You need to just sign off and get some sleep, you are going off the deep end here. Not like you. I know the Retard is there with you. Tell him that the parrots are coming, that will get him to leave. Now sign off and go to sleep for at least 8 hours.

isn't that toxic. i have heard of colouring your lips with a lip pencil so the shade is more permanent and the lippie has something to stick to, hair dye would burn the surface of the skin causing blisters and peeling.

I don't use hair color on my lips. I quite enjoy putting on lipstick, and I've become quite skilled at this particular task. ;-)

Not that I have heard. Most who want it to be permanent go to a cosmetologist and get permanent makeup. I have permanent eyeliner and brow enhancement.

Hey David, why aren't your questions about religion anymore? Even if this is your hangout spot, you must have religion questions!
