live in bad neighbourhood. and in the process of moving. Should I give her the warrant Act? I worry when she walks out in a neighbourhood that has gone tragic.

Tell her how concern you are. How you worry about her. Just ask her like a adult to stay in at night. Talk to her like you would tell a friend or Sister. Treat her like adult and she might respond like one.

you can explain to her the best way you know how, now that she is a adult she is going to make her own decisions, you did your job. The rest is up to her, unless she ask for your advise or you see a big problem arising, a little reminder help is good but again the choice is hers. she now is responsible for her own actions.
