i can only work out on weekends because of my work schedule. what program of exercise should i do to tone my butt and thighs?

I do squats and leg raises every other day of the week and they really helped in toning me up. Takes about 15 minutes so it shouldnt be a problem if u dont have enough time. Good luck!

Lunges and Squats. At least twice a week. 4 sets of 20 to 25 of squats. Lunges you can do anywhere. You can do that all around your house. Hold on to some hand weights for added resistance. A good kickboxing CD would help too! You have to work one time during the week too.

Whenever I see a young lady with what I think are nice hips and booty, I will ask her if she works out or not.
4 out of 5 times they will credit the TREADMILL or the ELLIPTICAL machines.

Everything from the waist down gets a nice workout with either of those machines.

If you don't have access to a machine, then do stair exercises.

Take the stairs WHENEVER you can.

When you're sitting at your desk at your computer, try lifting your butt above the chair without support from your hands.

squats will work out your thighs for sure. you could also do the stairmaster or something similar to that
