Some are good and some are bloody incompetant.

Get recomendations from others.

In Oz they charge about $55 for 15 minutes. Initial consult longer and more $$.

Chiros, Osteopaths, and Physios have a strong rivalry as their approches differ.

In 1992 I went to a Chiropractor, because I couldn't walk.

I expected to be like I was before, but I wasn't. So I started seeing another Chiropractor. He would temporarily relieve my pain, then gradually it got worse.
One day I told him my ears are stuffed. He adjusted my jaw without preparing me for the adjustment.
Needless to say I am on disability because of jaw pain, vertigo and eye problems.
I'm not saying he for sure disabled me, but it was pretty coincidental if it wasn't him.
Very good Chiropractors are difficult to find. We moved to a town about 2 hours from here, then we moved back. In the little town was the most knowledgeable Chir. I have ever met.

I'm sure mine is an extreme case. Although maybe not.
Many doctors don't seem to have the integrity they should have...at least that's my experience.

I'm not saying don't go to a Chiropractor. What I'm saying is be careful and ask questions. It is your body.

Chiropractic is a good thing for getting injured people back on the way. Check to make sure that you are going to go to a good one. There are some who may make things worse.

tsss. Chiropractor make you even worse and dependant. Why can't you just see someone who has a university diplom? A physiotherapist for example. He/she will show you a few good exercises and you'll be sorted.
