I recently had a baby who was born with a cleft lip & could not bottle feed. He finally is able to bottle feed now, but he has sucked the life out of me. I am normally 5'7" & 135 pounds where I am happy with my weight. Right now I am 5'7" & 118 #'s. I try eating, but I really don't have a great appetite to begin with. Anyone have any good suggestions for me to gain some healthy weight to get back to where I want to be? Thank you.

In my opinion, gaining healthy weight is gaining muscular weight.
Try to exercise more. Exercising more will also better your apetite, so you'll eat more... and instead of building fat, you're building muscle. Isn't that great?

Good luck ^_^

If you wan't to attain weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to simply over consume with junk meals. This will absolutely makeyou fatter, and bad. But for those who wan't to attain muscle you're going to ought to drink a few prime protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I consider might be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, at the same time the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to support positioned of the load. You might wan't to verify out a few low priced CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of usual herb tablets to support aid the muscle tissues. I cannot consider of any names of those forms, however I do recognise they exist, I've heard of folks taking them, and had well outcome while taken most commonly.

Your best bet is to eat lots of protein. From meat eggs vitamins wherever you can get it and make sure you exercise. Body builders use this method. Carbs help as well but not too much because if you dont have a fast metabolism it could spell trouble if your carb intake is too much.

What i recommend doing is eating carbs and exercising minimally. Slowly add a little more fat, and maintain minimal exercise. The important thing is to not stop exercising completely. So, my point being, add a little fat and protien and carbs and you will slowly gain weight.
Congrats on the new baby as well!!!!
