Even if it isn't a Medicare extension, the Medicare standards will be used for any health plans going forward. Many health plans in fact now use Medicare standards. For other surgeries it really depends--breast reconstruction (not necessarily implants) is mandated in many states.

Hi,
If you want to make your breast bigger without surgery this is a good site you should visit http://breastenlargement.toptips.org

Naturally getting bigger breasts all boils down to one thing –> Estrogen.
Estrogen is the natural hormone inside our bodies which makes us female. It's responsible for giving us our menstrual cycle, and growing our breasts, amongst other things. It's a very powerful substance which is produced by the bucket-load when we go through puberty.

From the ages of about 12-18, we go through a time of great change, development and growth in our bodies. This is puberty, where we get our first period and develop the more curvy appearance which we are loved for. This is all responsible thanks to your brain releasing the Estrogen hormone, which powers through your body and makes your womanly features develop.

Through the duration of puberty, your entire body is full of this hormone, making all parts of it develop, including your breasts. The problem is that when you reach the age of “maturity”, your body will only produce enough Estrogen to maintain the advances it made in puberty. This means that many women who’s breasts didn’t develop into what they would have hoped, ended up being stuck with small or under-developed breasts.

As said above If you want to learn how to make make your breasts grow bigger without the aid of any harmful or artificial substances visit http://breastenlargement.toptips.org

No. That's a dumb question. Breast implants are a cosmetic surgeon. An insurance company may pay if it is for the purpose of correcting a deformity.

Breast Implant surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost surgery in India. Indian corporate hospitals are comparable to hospitals anywhere in the world. In fact, India has medical facilities that are comparable with the USA, UK and Canada. India offers World Class Medical Facilities, comparable with any of the western countries. India has state of the art Hospitals and the best medical experts. With the best infrastructure, the best possible Medical facilities, accompanied with the most competitive prices, you can get the treatment done in India at the lowest prices.

No, but I did hear Protestant Catholics can just pick up a book and learn to read, so maybe you should get a book on surgery and do it yourself after a nice meal of ground tofu-chicken.

I can absolutely say no it doesn't.
People who have serious medical needs can not get medical attention with medicare, so I know you can't get implants.
