It's just normal. You're a teen. And that's a phase that everyone goes through. There isn't much that can be done about. Everyone experiences the same biological changes at a certain age.
Perhaps the best thing to do is to consult a dermatologist or a doctor. But I don't think there's any use. It's a normal thing.

A lot of this is your age and it will just take time for your face to calm down. But, a good skincare regiman will really help. In Jr. High my mom put me on Mary Kay and I have been on every since because it worked so well. The key is too wash twice daily, but not to use harsh cleansers. Using products that are too strong will only make your face oilier and breakout more. Also, doing a microdermabrasion 2-3 times per week is more effective than exfolliating every day. It smooths your skin A LOT, but by not doing every day, you give your skin a break. Here's what I would suggest:
Either Classic Basic Creamy Cleanser or Velocity Facial Cleanser
Purifying freshener
Oil Control Lotion 3
Do all twice a day... give it a week or two for your skin to adjust
Do Microdermabrasion 2-3 times per week at night... it follows cleansing and goes before oil control lotion.
Also, you could try the oil mattifier or beauty blotters during the day if your face gets oily. The oil mattifier goes on like a lotion over make-up and dries your face like you put powder on it. The blotters blot away oil.

I take very good care of my skin, and everyone and dermatologist tell me how good my skin is, but I keep it up.
Even thou I have a condition called dermatittis seborrheic that afetcs my sking and my scalp, my skin still looks good (people say).
There are some cares I never skip: 1st I always wash my face with not too cold and not too hot water, with a mild cleasner, before I get into the shower. I know, sounds wierd but after doing this, I take my shower and wash my hair and not splashing water on my face, (the only moment I have the water on my face is when I shampooing). Most of us take shower a little warmer so, when you leave the shower, your pores are open, being a good moment to use creams (lock yourself in the bathroom with the vapor in, while spreading the cream, its helps to absorve it),now, if you feel you pores are getting too large, splash some cold water, not iced but cold, on your face right after the shower and go to the creams. This is what I have done plus the sunscreen. Acids are good to smooth the skin too but independently of that, keep your skin clean and hydrataded by the way I told you.
I almost forgot, I don't wear too much makeup just a little, like blush and cancelear on some areas. When you have a good skin, a foundation is rarely needed, and I only wear it once in a while.
I also mentioned on another question I answered before, about the aspirin mask that I recently found out, tested and obtained great results.

Because of hormonal changes, you will have acne until you stop growing. But a few natural things you can do to control them:
1. Control your diet. The more junk food you eat, the more oily your skin becomes and the more acne you'll get. Reduce your milk and chocolate intake too - they add to acne in most people.
2. There are natural clay packs that work very well in removing oil from your skin. One I find good is "Multani Mitti." You can find it in a few alternative health institutes or you can search for it online.
3. Crush cucumbers and apply the juice on your face with cotton buds for 10 minutes or less (More than 10 minutes will make your face dry). They get rid of the blemishes and scars. (This is not instant, but works very well if you apply it regularly for a few weeks.)

Use a product with Glycolic acid... this will treat your pimples and stop them from appearing, and will make your skin so smooth, its a form of gentle exfoliation. Look for products such as MD formulations or EvenTone. good luck.

you use gree grams , k' dal and a turmeric mix all this and mix with water every time u wanna use and apply and sleep morning you wash your face and you can see your face fresh, and your pimples also will go , and really this works out because i am using this and every one in the office asks me what you apply on the face because it seems to be so soft and bright .and i have told them also. and they are trying and they had a good result on this. and for pimples to go you have to alteast use for aroung 1 week, but freshness and softness you can feel on that day itself ....

Lol.. aw sweetie, you're only 14...
That's what you call acne.. EVERYONE in their teens have it..
I have it.. not as bad though.. just have to take care of it, continue your healthy diet and it'll pass soon.. acne can last for months, or even years.. depending how you take care of your skin..
But don't use foundation, powder or anything like that.. it, not only worsens it, but can cause scars and it's just awful...
