Not always. She might be a bit shy or something. Why not msg her first and see how she reponds. :-) Not all girls are very forward.

no not always, Most people male or female are nervous about making the first move. If you have nothing to hide or be ashamed of then make the first move. That doesn't mean dog them to death but make sure they know you are interested in them. If are rejected then that's OK too but if you don't try then you will never know.

I think not all girls are the same. To me few year ago when I like a guy I just sometimes to tell him by my sight and never tell him my feelings in person first I don't know why maybe I am too young and just this guy chased me.But now I changed at all.I met a guy at net 4 months ago and when I felt he is my right man I told him my love to him and I told him I like him and he said like me too.and I send him emails first and send him msg first it doesn't matter who does that first as I love him so I would let him know this my feeling...and my boyfriend like this very much he like my character very much very openly...I like to do this...as I am mature than before.Love is the same for everybody why must we wait man call us first?

Most females will wait for the guys to make the 1st move. They wont call or sms the guys unless they are really bold.
But usually we prefer the guy to make the 1st move, then we will respond accordingly.

no one can really answer that. it's all up to them, and there are loads of different types of girls, you know, BOLD really bold, bold but not quite so bold.. timid, normal, whatever you know? its all personal preferance...
If you KNOW shes interested, you could wait for her to make a move... but dont wait to long, or shell think YOU arent interested, and shell move on.
