I have good memories but they are bad at the same time for me. I can't do anything without thinking of hw my exbf would be around me. I keep thinking I won't find anyone like the person he was. He changed, but I still love him. I just want him out of my mind.

The best way to remove stuff from your mind is to replace it with something else. Whenever I have had things that I wish not to remember anymore I make it a point to add something to my life so that will redirect my thoughts. Good luck

girl i can tell you one thing i learned in life is that you will never forget the ones that hurt you in any way but comming to terms with and telling your self its not your fault even though (IF) it was you just need to remeber your only human and people change but if he truelly loved you and considered your feelings he maybe would have asked you if you think he's changing a true loving man ALWAYS considers his womans feelings, thoughts, and opinions ALWAYS if he's just looking for a meal ticket or just a pretty face by his side or just when you show your soft side he takes it as a sign of weakness and takes advantage of that. thats not a man thats a fu-king coward who needs a crutch just to live if i were you try and build your knowledge up a little bit about the inners and the outer strengths of the heart cause some people can just fall a lil too fast and a lil too hard and when you hit rock bottem you hit so hard the pain never goes away maybe you should pick up a martial arts class try one thats not too expinsive that will keep you busy enough for those bad memories to become bearable if thats too expinsive try what i try you know how you hear people use BIG fansey words on t.v go buy a dictionary at the dollar store or wal-mart your choice of store and look up them words new knowledge will help drown the bad memories until they are so clear you can see through them.

I know its not so easy for you girls to get over things like this , but i think the best way is to go out with some friends , talk to them about it , ask your friends what they think .. you might be surprised , they might have a answer for you , meet new people and don't make things to hard on yourself .. things will get better , it just take a bit longer for some people .. hope you feel better soon , have a good day .. and keep well .

I understand how you feel. I never had a girlfriend, but i did have trouble getting that special someone out of my mind. I found it easier to clear my mind by writing. This Yahoo!Answers is a great way to put your thoughts down whether it be on paper or on a computer screen.

The way you get things out of your mind is by putting other things into it. Why don't you try finding another boyfriend? Or at least get a hobby. Good night!
