It depends on what you want to accomplish. Cardiovascular benefit can be obtained from as little as 10 minutes activity to increased heart rate once a day. If you want to lose weight, body sculpt, etc. You need more intense excercise for longer durations. If you want some of that, the best bet is to do resistance training 2-3 times a week for at leaset 45 minutes, and on the inbetween days do aerobic exercise like swimming, jogging, bicycling or use the treadmill, eliptical, stationary bike or aerobic class at the gym.

Cadio of around 45mins 5 times per week and strentgh training (total body) 2 or 3 times per week with a rest day in between. You can do a good total body session in around 1/2 an hr.

Everything depends on how fit you are right now, and how much your body can take. You can start out at half an hour everyday, and gradually make your work out times longer. I would suggest the 30 minute work out for now, but it depends on what you are doing in your work out.

I think dat small workouts 4 about half an hour works best cuz den U can take a rest\water break

I'm no expert, but I'll put my moneyon small workouts 5 days a week and total body workout 2 days a week.

Working out every other day is good for muscles- and cardio everyday- so it depends- the muscles need a day to repair and rebuild- D

walking at 3km/hr to 4km/hr on treadmill for 60 mins everyday 2 times a day.
