Sometimes stress can cause that. I live a stressful life and for a while when I would jog, run, stretch or get upset, I'd get sudden chest pains. Try to force yourself to breath in deep even if it hurts a bit, and calm down. Don't hyperventilate.

If you had all those tests done and they found nothing wrong with your heart, I would suggest the possibility of it being your
Gall Bladder, which can cause some terrible pains in the chest area.
You might also want to consider seeing a Cardiologist for a second oppinion, especially if you are still having these pains.
You are really young to be having heart problems, but it's not
uncommon these days.

I believe that your chest pain is stress related, unless you have a history of cardiac problems or any cogential heart problems. I would suggest that you develop better coping skills, such as walking, meditation, reading, exercise. this will help you cope better in the future, when you have real problems, like bills, rising cost of living, sick children, working for true butt heads, etc. I am not demeaning your problem but am trying to show you that school can be handled, by more studying & dedication. STOP trying to compete with others use yourself as your role model and tool of success..... Take care

Usually chest pains from heart problems are crushing in nature (feels like an elephant is sitting on your chest) and the pain radiates down to your left arm. If its because of your lungs, then breathing problems would accompany the pain e.g. shortness of breath. If its your stomach, then there's a burning pain, usually after eating. If your symptoms are any of the above you DEFINATELY need to go back to your doctor. If they are unlike what was mentioned before don't worry too much (probably just anxiety).

Did you get your period yet? My doctor told me that you usually get chest pain when your puberty is almost coming. She said it is normal.

If the above situation doesn't apply to you, did you lift anything that are heavy weight? If so, you will also get chest pain from this. Try using a pain reliever called " Myoflex 20 " to see if it helps. This product works for me.

All the answers to your question are great and I have one more suggestion to add to the list. It could be inflammation of the chest wall. (In other words a form of arthritis). Yes even teens and smaller kids can have arthritis. Just a suggestion. Good Luck. I know its scary. Aspirin helps loads but be careful if your allergic.
